autonomy and ownership
of your store, leading from the front and creating a high-performing environment for both your team and customers. This isn't a role where you'll simply be maintaining the status quo. You'll be encouraged to make an impact, drive performance and treat the store as your own. What You'll Be Doing Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the store Leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver excellent results Driving sales, profitability and key store KPIs Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service Recruiting, developing and retaining a strong store team Managing stock availability, merchandising and store standards Controlling costs, payroll and operational performance Ensuring excellent standards of health & safety and compliance Identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales Creating a positive, energetic and commercially focused store environment Who We're Looking For You could already be an experienced Store Manager, or perhaps you're currently working as an
Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or experienced Retail Supervisor
and feel ready to take ownership of your first store. We're particularly interested in people coming from
fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
, including discount retail, FMCG, convenience, supermarkets, variety retail and other customer-focused retail businesses.
