My client, a global SaaS fintech vendor, is undergoing a major transformation, shifting to a modern, net-new revenue model with partnerships at the centre of growth. With a flagship cloud platform gaining strong traction, this is a rare opportunity to build and scale a global partner engine from the ground up.
A newly launched product has expanded the addressable market significantly, unlocking mid-market and enterprise opportunities. The business is now at an inflection point: direct sales alone won’t scale fast enough - partners will be the key here.
This is a true builder role - owning the entire global partner ecosystem end-to-end. A hands-on, first-line leadership position with global ownership of partner strategy and execution, managing a team of channel/partner managers.
Core focus:- Build and scale a Tier 2 partner ecosystem (boutique consultancies, ERP/subledger specialists);
- Create and execute a simple, outcome-driven global partner plan;
- Enable partners to generate pipeline and close deals quickly;
- Establish scalable co-sell/resell motions.
- Bring structure and governance to Big 4 relationships;
- Drive clarity between partner and sales ownership.
