The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store. You’ll have the autonomy to run your business your way—driving sales, leading your team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team
- Driving sales performance and delivering on key KPIs
- Creating an engaging, well-presented, and commercially strong store environment
- Managing stock, costs, and operational efficiency
- Ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safety
- Analysing performance and implementing improvements to maximise profitability

- Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
