We’re hiring a German-speaking BDR to help drive growth across the DACH region at a leading no-code / workflow platform used by modern teams to build powerful business applications. This role is ideal for someone gritty, coachable, and eager to learn.
Compensation
- Base: £49,000 – £54,600
- OTE: £70,000 – £78,000
- £7,500 annual travel allowance
What You’ll Do
- Qualify prospects via calls and email to generate sales-ready meetings
- Respond to inbound leads and partner with marketing on campaigns
- Work closely with Account Executives on territory and outreach strategy
- Research accounts, build lead lists, and run targeted outbound
- Run qualification calls and articulate the value of our platform clearly
- Test and scale new outbound approaches while building strong sales skills
Who You Are
- Fluent / native German speaker
- 1+ year in sales or a customer-facing role (hospitality, recruitment, etc. welcome)
- Thrives in a metric-driven environment
- Proactive, coachable, and highly organised
- Strong communicator and confident storyteller
