As Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the store. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and create a culture focused on customer service, operational excellence, and commercial success.

- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, Retail Manager, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence store profitability.
- Experience managing teams within retail, FMCG, discount retail, convenience, supermarket, DIY, hospitality or similar sectors.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- A hands-on management style with a willingness to lead by example.
