We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative, rapidly growing business for a Senior Remote Support Engineer to lead a team of Remote Support Engineers while providing expert second-line technical support across a nationwide engineering operation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of Remote Support Engineers.
- Providing expert remote fault diagnosis across mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Supporting and coordinating field engineers to deliver fast, effective resolutions.
- Developing and improving internal digital tools, dashboards and support processes.
- Analysing service performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience.
- Previous experience in technical support, field service or engineering.
- Leadership or mentoring experience, or someone ready to take the next step.
- IT confident, with an interest in digital tools, automation and AI.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors or mechatronic equipment would be advantageous.
