Our client is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in building a first-class technical support team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electro-mechanical engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting customers, and keeping equipment running without the need for unnecessary site visits.
In this role, you'll act as the first point of technical contact for customers and field engineers, using your expertise to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues remotely.
Providing clear, step-by-step guidance, you will help resolve faults quickly and effectively, maximizing first-time fixes and minimizing downtime.
