Specialising in advanced reverse-vending machines and deposit-return solutions, this organisation is playing a key role in reducing waste and driving environmental change across the UK and beyond. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking both a Senior Engineer and a Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities- Senior Engineer: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of advanced mechanical and electronic systems. Take ownership of product lifecycle from concept through to production. Work closely with R&D teams to innovate and enhance system performance. Analyse technical challenges and implement robust engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Field Service Engineer: Carry out installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machines at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently. Provide technical support and training to clients where required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery. Travel to various locations as part of the role.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and customer support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of work carried out.
- Senior Engineer: Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering. Proven experience in product development, ideally within automated or electromechanical systems. Ability to lead projects and influence technical direction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Field Service Engineer: Hands-on experience with industrial or electro-mechanical equipment. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Comfortable working independently in the field. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
