Our client is a fast-growing modern consulting and managed services firm that partners with high-growth software vendors to help customers modernize their observability and IT operations stack. As a top Datadog partner Globally, they deliver implementation projects, enablement, custom development, and long-term managed services to enterprises across the globe.
We\βre hiring a Senior Account Executive to expand their Datadog services practice across EMEA. This role is based in London and focused on selling both project-based services and managed services offerings to Datadog customers β in close partnership with the Datadog field team.
What Youβll Do
- Own and grow a territory in close collaboration with Datadog EMEA reps and partner teams
- Drive net new pipeline and close services deals β implementation, enablement, integrations, managed observability, and more
- Build relationships with Datadog AEs, SEs, and partner managers to unlock joint opportunities
- Maintain high in-field presence via customer meetings, Datadog events, QBRs, and workshops
- Work hand-in-hand with RapDev delivery leaders and architects to scope, price, and deliver high-quality services
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on observability best practices and how to accelerate Datadog adoption
- Represent RapDev in the field β someone Datadog AEs want to introduce to their customers
- Travel as needed across the region to support key relationships and deals (20β40%)
What Weβre Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solutions consulting, or services delivery
- Background in consulting or professional services (preferred)
- Or deep experience selling or implementing observability platforms like Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or New Relic
- Entrepreneurial mindset β you thrive in less-structured environments, build your own motion, and hunt for opportunity
- Proven ability to work independently while staying tightly aligned with internal and external teams
- Strong presence, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust with enterprise buyers
- A likable, credible, and partner-friendly style β youβll be an extension of the Datadog team in-region
- Familiarity with SOWs, project scoping, pricing strategies, and services packaging
- Experience with managed services or recurring services-based revenue models (a plus)
