Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our established client in the Blandford area, who are looking to recruit a Project / Training Assistant to provide essential support to the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting with the design, management, and implementation of projects within the business.
  • Using project boards and flow charts, following up on each project to ensure they run on track.
  • Liaising with external companies and suppliers.
  • Assisting with IT training for new users and rolling out training on new products and systems.
  • Producing a range of documents including templates.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required.

What you need in order to succeed:

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous administrative experience and a good range of IT skills, including Excel.
  • Experience within a legal environment is not essential, although an interest in the industry would be beneficial.
