We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to join our teams at Ferntree Gully Hyundai and Kia and Knox Mitsubishi. These are highly successful, fast-paced dealerships. The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional, with exceptional work ethic and a strong client focus.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Highly self-motivated and financially driven.
- Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.
- Proven results in current and previous Business Manager roles.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both face-to-face and phone environments.
- Process and procedure-driven with excellent time management skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.
- Experience with Era and DealerCell systems is highly regarded.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow-up of all inquiries/leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales.
- Achieving targets and KPIs related to the sale of Finance, Insurance, and Warranty products to dealership clients.
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience.
- End-to-end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement).
- Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

- OTE of $150k plus (comprising salary, car or allowance, superannuation, and industry-leading commission structure).
- 5-day workweek, including Saturdays with a rostered day off during the week.
