HGV Technician role at a UK engineering depot, permanent position.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary from £45k+ DOE + overtime & bonus packages on top OTE £55k+

Working Hours & Shifts:

  • 4 on 4 off, Perm Days (6am-6pm)
  • 4 on 4 off, Perm Nights (6pm-6am)
  • 4 Nights a week Mon‑Thurs or Tues‑Fri (6pm-6am)
  • Mon‑Fri, Alternative Earlies & Lates (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm)
  • Mon‑Fri, Perm Lates (2pm-10pm)
  • Mon‑Fri, Perm Nights (10pm-6am)

Responsibilities:

Work with the UK’s BEST Engineering Companies; perform maintenance and repair on HGVs in the depot workshop.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working on HGVs and/or NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • IRTEC qualified
  • Class 1, Class 2, or 7.5‑tonne driving licence preferred
  • Experience with a variety of commercial vehicles
