CCW is seeking a Quality Coach to raise the standard of our complaints-handling service across the Operational team.

You will conduct structured QA assessments, provide coaching, and develop targeted improvement plans to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

You will lead onboarding and accreditation for new starters, maintain guidance resources, and help shape best practices across the wider team, driving continuous improvement across CCW.
