Objectives and purpose of the Job: The Marketing Assistant (Graphic Designer) will support the Marketing Team of our company in its primary and administrative duties. The responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing Team and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Job Description:

  • Administrative & Coordination Support
    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination of team activities.
    • Plan, organize, and support various projects.
    • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant data.
    • Communicate directly with vendors and clients, fostering strong relationships.
    • Review sponsorship requests.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Conduct market research, analyze consumer reports, and provide feedback.
    • Identify marketing trends and opportunities for innovation.
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, objectives, and goals.
  • Branding, Promotion & Media Engagement
    • Manage social media pages and keep website content up to date while creating engaging digital content.
    • Ensure visibility across print, TV, Radio, and Online Media.
    • Design and deliver marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
    • Prepare graphics and content for online and offline platforms.
  • Collaboration & Representation
    • Work closely with the brand ambassadors and sales team to align marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Represent the company at events and deliver brand-aligned presentations.
    • Understand and effectively communicate the brand and product offerings.
  • Event Planning & Support
    • Plan and support promotional events and trade shows.
    • Assist with event logistics, setup, and execution.
    • Attend and facilitate campaign success on-site.
    • Ensure successful execution of both traditional and digital campaigns.
