CCT Venues is an owner managed, private limited company, comprising of two venues in the City of London.

CCT Venues Smithfield, operates as a boutique style venue with a variety of clients with CCT Venues Moorgate opening in October 2026.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced

F&B Manager to run our busy catering department.

The post-holder, reporting to the General Manager has responsibility for overseeing food service delivery at CCT Venues Moorgate.

The post holder will work closely with the General Manager and Group Client Services Manager to ensure that all customer requirements are met and that a first class refreshment service is provided.

The post holder will ensure that high standards are maintained in the CCT Venues Moorgate.

An important aspect of the role is to continually review the catering provisions and make recommendations for change to continually enhance quality and make sure that the catering provision is working in the most cost effective way possible.

The post-holder may from time to time be required to undertake similar activities at other CCT Venueslocations.

Experience & Skill requirements:
Proven experience working in a high quality food and beverage environment;
Well presented, efficient and confident with excellent client facing skills;
Good spoken English.

Experience in the Conference centre/Hotel sector would be an advantage
Proven experience of staff supervision and management,
Remuneration and benefits

:
Salary £32,000 per annum.

Participation in the Company Pension Scheme (NEST).

Complimentary refreshments and lunch
Upon completion of probationary period, participation in the employee assistance scheme (BHSF).

Three times salary Term Assurance is offered to all employees who have completed their probation.
22 days annual leave, (rising annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days), usually at least five days to be taken in August.

A discretionary extra 3 days for Christmas closure is usually awarded annually company wide, plus
