Cold Chain Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to join the EMEA team, based at the Reading office. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell initiatives while collaborating with Client Services, Marketing, Product/Engineering, and Commercial Operations.
You will lead business reviews, forecast alignment with S&OP, and act as the customer advocate to ensure seamless service delivery across teams.
