Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail, industrial, and office sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and operational leads.

Respond to leads and convert them into long‐term partnerships.

Monitor relevant tenders and collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids.

Develop and deliver tailored presentations for prospective clients.

Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.

Work closely with pricing and operations teams to develop customized cleaning solutions.

Qualifications And Skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Valid driver\’s license.

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in cleaning or facility services.

Solution‐driven sales professional connecting cleaning services with customer‐focused outcomes approach.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to represent CCS values across all levels.

Flexible with working hours and travel.

Confident presenter with the ability to engage and inspire clients across diverse sectors.
