CCS Adoption is seeking a qualified Adoption Social Worker to join our Bristol team. The role covers Wiltshire, Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Swindon and South Wales, with a hybrid working policy enabling some home-based activity.
You will undertake adoption assessments and support placements, lead recruitment activities, family finding, post-adoption support and training, and contribute to a creative, child-centred adoption service committed to best outcomes.
