Overview Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA in the Reading School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) . $5,000 – Sign on bonus: Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. Summary The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099). School-based hours Monday through Friday. Emotional Support Experience preferred. Primary Responsibilities Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. Assess a student’s instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity. Skills Effective written and verbal communication skills. Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development. Extensive knowledge of data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere. Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities. Qualifications Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program BCBA certification Working experience after BCBA certification Credentials Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Current Certificate Education Documentation – Diploma OR Official Transcripts Professional Liability Insurance Clearances current within 12 months PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN TB screening – current within 3 months Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours; if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
