As a candidate for our Human Resources (HR) Recruiter position, you'll need to bring the following qualities: a lively spirit, exceptional organization, keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their best!
The Human Resources (HR) Recruiter performs recruitment and other human resource related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Staffing management
- Employee and partner relations
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote once eligibility requirements met
LOCATION: CCRES, 690 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit job applicants to fill hourly, classified, professional, and technical job openings
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Review resumes/applications and interview candidates for all open positions
- Take responsibility for matching staff with existing client needs
- Maintain a database to track applicants and the placement of staff on cases
- Attend college and community job fairs to fill recruitment pipeline
- Perform educational credentialing to verify the veracity of application materials
- Conduct new hire sign-in to orient new staff to organizational policy and procedure
- Maintain employee recognition programs
- Collect and analyse hiring data to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Must have at least 1 year of related recruitment experience
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Strong organizational approach with attention to detail
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
