SUMMARY

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Location: CCRES, 690 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000 (based on years of experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an integral member of our team, the Business Office Administrative Support provides administrative, financial, and operational support for the business office with a primary focus on payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, benefits, and business office record keeping. Supports annual open enrollment and assists with benefit related payroll tasks. This role also provides limited administrative support to Human Resources as needed and assists with audits, reporting, and special projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, preferred
  • 1 year - 3 years of business / finance office related experience
  • Experience working with database systems, Word, Excel, and Outlook

CREDENTIALS

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
