Our client is on the lookout for a motivated and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team based near Wembley. They work on high-quality new build projects across South East England, from residential developments to bespoke hotel builds.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing 2–4 live new build projects (£2m–£4.5m values)
- Preparing and managing sub-contractor packages and main client contracts
- Ensuring timely and accurate issuing of pay-less notices and payment schedules
- Making regular site visits to projects across the South East
- Reporting costings and progress to clients and senior management
- Contributing to a collaborative and quality-focused team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Experience with JCT form of contract
- Experience working for a main contractor on new build projects (residential & commercial)
- Experience in groundworks and RC frames
- Contract-savvy with strong commercial awareness
- Able to manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Willingness to grow and mould with the business
