I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and growing drylining and facades contractor, delivering high-quality commercial and residential schemes across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects in and around Bath, working with a respected specialist subcontractor known for quality delivery and strong client relationships.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing drylining and façade packages from pre-construction through to handover, with a strong focus on Steel Frame Structure (SFS) systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing SFS, drylining and façade installations on site
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors and materials
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Chairing site meetings and liaising with main contractors
  • Managing H&S compliance and quality standards
  • Driving programme performance and resolving on-site challenges

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within drylining/facades
  • Strong background in Steel Frame Structures (SFS)
