Assistant Finance Manager – Perm Role (Basildon, Essex) Construction contractor | Xero software | We are recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a well-established construction contractor based in Basildon, Essex. This is an office-based role, starting In the next 4 weeks Details: * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm * Up to £40k (depending on experience) * Office-based in Basildon Responsibilities: * Inputting and processing purchase invoices into Xero accounting software * Running Weekly CIS payments * Owning and running Payment reconciliations * Keeping accurate records of supplier transactions * Supporting the finance team where needed Requirements: * Experience in Construction CIS payments * Experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role * Familiarity with Xero (or similar software) * Strong attention to detail and confident data entry skills / reconciliation.
