We are seeking enthusiastic, self-organised, dedicated individuals to join our team as Medical Sales Representatives who will be responsible for developing our top brands – advanced biostimulators, RF device and autologous treatments sets in the prestigious aesthetic medicine market in the UK and Ireland!
This is a full-time, field-based role for a Medical Sales Representative specializing in Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine. The position covers the UK & Ireland (London area preferred).
Key Responsibilities:- Being highly active in the field, representing BeautyEurope.eu UK daily
- Organizing and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions
- Supporting and coordinating CPD-accredited Masterclasses and educational programs
- Visiting and maintaining strong relationships with clinics, doctors, and aesthetic practitioners
- Expanding business through collaboration with distribution partners
- Actively contributing to industry events, congresses, and fairs with preparation and on-site participation
- Supporting the execution of marketing activities and promotional campaigns with the team
- Preparing and delivering regular sales reports and market feedback
- Driving sales growth while contributing to the expansion of BeautyEurope's portfolio and educational activities
- Dynamic, proactive, able to represent BeautyEurope's values in a professional manner
- Systematic and disciplined in their approach
- Motivated to grow in a prestigious environment with high earning potential
- Able to build and maintain strong professional networks
- Proven track record in medical/aesthetic sales (5+ years in the UK preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business, or related) is preferred; advanced degree a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver regular sales reports and market feedback
- Experience with clinic visits, product detailing, and demo trainings
- Analytical skills and ability to report results clearly
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid UK residency and work permit (mandatory)
