Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and strategic projects
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across project activities
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Support governance processes, ensuring project standards and procedures are followed
- Help monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify and escape risks, issues, or delays where appropriate
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery
