As CCR continues to scale its presence in the UK market, expanding our customer base and establishing new offices, we are seeking technically experienced professionals within cooling technology and HVAC to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of refrigeration projects from contract award to commissioning.
- Ensure project profitability, controlling costs and achieving target margins.
- Manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to milestones.
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all documentation, testing, and quality standards are completed for 100% project completion prior to handover.
- Facilitate smooth handover to Service & Aftermarket teams, ensuring full project closeout and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/MSc degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience within refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technology.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
