Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of refrigeration projects from contract award to commissioning.
  • Ensure project profitability, controlling costs and achieving target margins.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to milestones.
  • Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all documentation, testing, and quality standards are completed for 100% project completion prior to handover.
  • Facilitate smooth handover to Service & Aftermarket teams, ensuring full project closeout and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/MSc degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience within refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technology.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
