Role Description
The After-Sales and Warranty Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abingdon-On-Thames.
This position is responsible for managing warranty claims, coordinating service interventions, and ensuring timely resolution of after-sales issues for commercial refrigeration systems.
The specialist will respond to customer inquiries, diagnose issues with support from technical teams, and oversee the documentation and approval process for warranty cases.
Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in service systems, preparing reports on after-sales performance, and following up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
