The Role:
- Proactively contacting businesses, introducing services, generating interest, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider Business Development team.
- Conducting high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of industries.
- Converting cold prospects into warm opportunities.
- Researching and targeting potential new clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress.
- Working closely with the Business Development team to support growth objectives.
- Contributing ideas and initiatives to improve lead generation and sales performance.
About You:
We're keen to speak with motivated sales professionals who are confident in a proactive outbound environment. You'll ideally have:
- 1-3 years' experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or new business sales.
- Confidence making outbound cold calls and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A resilient and target-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take action.
- Experience within professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a fully onsite role based in Altrincham, working Monday to Friday only. The office is easily accessible, with plenty of onsite parking available as well as excellent public transport links.
