CCP are excited to be partnering with a well-established and dynamic finance brand based in Manchester City Centre, as they look to appoint a Senior Sales Manager to support the continued growth of their high-performing sales team.

Salary: £47,400 OTE: £75,000 - £90,000

Office: Manchester (City Centre)

Logistics: Office-Based

Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, suited to an experienced sales leader who can motivate, develop, and inspire sales managers and their teams, while consistently delivering strong commercial and customer results.

  • People Leadership: Lead, motivate and engage Sales Managers to perform at a consistently high level through clear direction, coaching, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • KPI & Performance Management: Take ownership of sales KPIs, using performance data to spot trends, address gaps and drive consistent achievement across both individual and team targets.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide focused coaching and development to build capability, confidence, and long-term performance across the team.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Stay actively involved in day-to-day sales activity when needed, balancing operational support with effective leadership oversight.
  • Collaboration & Culture: Work closely with peers and key stakeholders to create a collaborative, high-performing and values-led sales culture.
  • Customer-Focused Selling: Ensure all sales activity is carried out with integrity, keeping customer outcomes and long-term value at the centre of every decision.
