Fenris Creations London is looking for a Live Operations Manager to join our London team and help shape the ongoing player experience of EVE Vanguard; a new multiplayer First Person Shooter connected to the rich universe of EVE Online.
The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative, player-focused operator with a strong understanding of live games, player behaviour, and cross-functional development.
You will help drive seasonal content, live events, monetisation opportunities, engagement strategies, and operational planning while working closely with Design, Production, Community, Analytics, Marketing, and the wider development team to ensure EVE Vanguard remains reactive, engaging, and alive.
This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of players, data, creativity, and execution - someone excited by the challenge of operating a living multiplayer game within the vast and player-driven EVE universe.
