The Role
You'll be a key point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, supporting a range of queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting day-to-day operational activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer queries via internal systems and ticketing tools
- Provide support to German and English-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating where necessary
- Support account administration and system updates
- Maintain accurate records and internal documentation
- Assist with reporting and tracking of key operational activity
- Monitor trends and highlight recurring issues or improvements
- Support testing and quality checks following system updates or changes
- Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Product, and Customer Experience
- Share customer insight to support service improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
