The Role

You'll be a key point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, supporting a range of queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting day-to-day operational activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer queries via internal systems and ticketing tools
  • Provide support to German and English-speaking customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating where necessary
  • Support account administration and system updates
  • Maintain accurate records and internal documentation
  • Assist with reporting and tracking of key operational activity
  • Monitor trends and highlight recurring issues or improvements
  • Support testing and quality checks following system updates or changes
  • Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Product, and Customer Experience
  • Share customer insight to support service improvements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
