CCP are delighted to be supporting an expanding specialist waste management provider with the appointment of an inspiring and organised Inbound Sales Manager. This is an onsite role working Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5pm), situated on the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border.

Are you a passionate and customer centric Sales Manager who leads by example? Would you like to work with a growing and reputable organisation offering a wide range of sustainable waste treatments?

Leading a small but experienced team, you will bring a supportive and proactive approach to maximise sales conversions across multiple waste management sectors. You will monitor key sales metrics, manage the sales administration process, and collaborate across various departments.

The successful Inbound Sales Manager will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a small team of inbound sales and customer service representatives.
  • Track key sales metrics and implement strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Improve and manage sales processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement, proactively implementing strategies to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring queries, complaints, and feedback are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Transport and Commercial teams to ensure efficient scheduling, deliveries, and collections.

A proven track record in leading and growing successful sales/telesales teams.

Previous experience within waste management or a similar industry.

Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.

Experience using CRM systems and sales performance analytics tools.
