This is an onsite role working Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5pm), situated on the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border. Experience working in a similar industry is highly desirable.

Leading a small but experienced team, you will bring a supportive and proactive approach to maximise sales conversions across multiple waste management sectors. You will monitor key sales metrics, manage the sales administration process, and collaborate across various departments. With substantial backing and introduction of new technologies, this is an exciting time to join this growing organisation.
The successful Inbound Sales Manager will:
- Lead, coach and develop a small team of inbound sales and customer service representatives.
- Secure new business while maximising revenue from existing customers.
- Track key sales metrics and implement strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Foster a positive team culture and drive motivation.
- Improve and manage sales processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Work closely with marketing provider to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Identify areas for process enhancement, proactively implementing strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring queries, complaints, and feedback are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with Transport and Commercial teams to ensure efficient scheduling, deliveries, and collections.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- A proven track record in leading and growing successful sales/telesales teams.
- Previous experience within waste management or a similar industry.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Interest in sustainability and environmental practices.
