CCP are recruiting for an experienced Complaints Team Leader to join a leading Housing Association in Birmingham on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with strong potential for extension or a permanent position for high performers.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a complaints team
- Essential experience managing Ombudsman complaints (preferably Housing Ombudsman)
- Strong performance management and coaching skills
- Ability to quickly build relationships and motivate a new team
- Experience improving service standards and driving team performance
The Role:
