CCP are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly growing automotive brand during an exciting phase of their growth journey. Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to help improve the sales team’s performance and deliver an amazing service to customers.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the sales team deliver amazing service to customers throughout the entire sales process, as well as assisting them as a point of escalation. As the Sales Manager you will also ensure the sales team remain compliant with FCA regulations through consistent quality checks and training.

This Sales Manager role is well suited for someone with a hands-on approach to coaching and developing and a strong background of driving sales. If you're used to managing a successful sales team, and have a genuine passion for the automotive world, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Experience working in the automotive or financial sector will have a strong advantage - especially if you're used to supporting customers who expect a premium level of service.
