Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team within a fast-paced, target-driven call centre environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate sales team leader who thrives on coaching teams, driving performance, and creating a positive sales culture. You'll play a pivotal role in developing talent, achieving commercial objectives, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £37,474
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • Realistic OTE: £65,000–£75,000+
  • Manchester City Centre location
  • Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week)
  • Working Hours: Shift pattern between 9:00am – 8:00pm
  • One late shift per week (11:00am – 8:00pm)
  • Two weekend days per month

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Sales Advisors to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets. Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Support career development through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyse sales KPIs, productivity metrics, and conversion rates. Identify performance gaps and implement effective action plans to drive results. Ensure team targets are achieved while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Coaching & Capability Building: Deliver structured one-to-one coaching sessions and ongoing development support. Build confidence, capability, and sales effectiveness across the team. Share best practices and create an environment where success is recognised and celebrated.
  • Customer-Centric Sales Leadership: Champion a customer-first approach to selling. Ensure all sales activity is conducted ethically, compliantly, and with long-term customer value in mind. Balance commercial performance with exceptional customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 18 months' experience in a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager position.
  • Proven experience leading teams within a target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
  • Ability to motivate individuals and create a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Results-focused with a passion for developing people and driving success.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
