Salary: Basic salary Β£25,000 - Β£35,000 depending on experience + Benefits

Location: Altrincham (Onsite)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (onsite role)

Flexibility: Flexible working hours available around core hours (8:00am-10:00am start and 4:00pm-6:00pm finish)

CCP Recruitment are working again with a growing professional services organisation that is looking to add an ambitious Telesales Executive to its expanding business development team. Are you a confident B2B telesales professional who thrives on opening doors, generating opportunities, and building relationships over the phone? This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in outbound B2B sales who enjoys speaking with decision-makers, creating new opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for proactively contacting businesses, introducing services, generating interest, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider Business Development team. This is a genuine new business-focused role where you'll be expected to pick up the phone, engage prospects, and build a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of industries
  • Converting cold prospects into warm opportunities
  • Researching and targeting potential new clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to support growth objectives
  • Contributing ideas and initiatives to improve lead generation and sales performance

About You

We're keen to speak with motivated sales professionals who are confident in a proactive outbound environment. You'll ideally have:

  • 1-3 years' experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or new business sales
  • Confidence making outbound cold calls and engaging senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A resilient and target-driven approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take action
  • Experience within professional services would be advantageous but is not essential
