CCP Recruitment LTD is partnering with a growing Fintech to recruit an experienced Complaints Officer on an initial 1-3 month contract in Milton Keynes. You will manage customer complaints from receipt through to resolution, ensuring FCA compliant, fair outcomes.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30 (37.5 hours). Strong investigation, communication and decision-making skills are essential; prior regulated complaints handling is required.
