A growing financial services organisation is looking to add a new Administrator to its expanding team. The business specialises in debt recovery, debt purchasing, and client liaison, and operates from a busy office environment. This role would suit a highly organised and motivated individual who has strong attention to detail and can maintain accuracy while working at pace. The successful candidate will be comfortable working under pressure and delivering consistently high standards of work.
Previous Microsoft Excel experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Processing financial information using Excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining and updating internal databases
- Providing customer support via email
- Supporting client communication and relationship management
- Carrying out general administrative tasks as required
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (37.5 hours per week) 1 in 4 Saturdays, 09:00–13:00
