CCP are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing brand based in Hampshire, who are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to support their rapidly expanding business.

Salary: Β£24,000 - Β£25,000

Location: Southampton

Working Pattern: Fully on-site (training), then remote on late shifts

Contract: Temporary

Start Date: Monday 2nd March 2026

Core Hours: Late shift, finishing at midnight (with occasional weekends)

For the first 4 weeks, any successful candidates will complete on-site training, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Once training is complete, you will be able to work from home for late shifts and occasional weekend shifts.

Due to continued growth and a busy period, our client is looking for customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey
  • Accurately update customer records and internal systems
  • Support the wider customer service team during peak periods
