Role: Outbound Sales Team Leader
Salary: £35,000 (OTE £50,000)
Location: UK (Fully Remote)
Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (35 hours)
Start Date: Immediate (Willing to wait for notice period if necessary)

Experience required:
- Outbound sales team leadership.
- Coaching skills and experience in developing sales agents.
- Data led decision making, using performance data and expertise in outbound sales metrics.
- Leading and motivating team to deliver on KPI's.
- Complete weekly 1:1's.
Desirable:
- Experience leading a fully remote team.
- Experience leading an outsourced team.
- Experience leading a B2B team.
