Mortgage Underwriter

Role: Mortgage Underwriter Salary: £32,548 Commission (£400-£1100 Per month) Location: Manchester Working Hours: Monday – Friday (3x 9-5 2x 11-7) CCP are pleased to be supporting a growing financial services provider based in Manchester City Centre with the hire of 4x Mortgage Underwriters. We are looking to speak with candidates who have at least 12 months of experience in assessing/ processing loan applications within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. If you have experience in Second charge lending or motor finance specifically, you would have the ideal experience for this role. This role includes includes underwriting second charge mortgage applications and autonomously making lending decisions based on the assessment of evidence and and individual circumstances. Along with keeping customer records up-to-date and customer informed – all work will need to be completed in-line with regulatory and company guidelines.
