CCP are delighted to have partnered with a financial services business in Manchester looking to take on 4x Mortgage Underwriters. Are you a good communicator? Do you have experience working as an underwriter in second charge lending?

As a Mortgage Underwriter you will be responsible for making the final decision on lending decisions for second charge mortgage applications. You will need to have a good attention to detail to ensure all files meet regulatory requirements and internal credit policies. Good communication in this role is vital as you will be liaising with customers, brokers and internal teams to gather additional information.

Based in Manchester city centre, this role is easily commutable for anyone in Manchester or the surrounding areas as there are great public transport options near the office. This role is fully on site and offers hybrid working after the probation period (3 days in office, 2 days from home).

Salary: £32,548 (Realistic OTE: £38,000)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Working hours: 3 early shifts (9am-5pm) and 2 late shifts (11am-7pm). There is no weekend work but at month ends you will be expected to work 1 longer day.
