CCP is looking for an experienced Contact Centre Operations Manager with proven contact centre leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced regulated environment, preferably at startup, or during a period of aggressive growth.

Our client (a customer-centric fintech brand) is currently going through significant expansion, setting up a new operation in Milton Keynes to support its customers.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Milton Keynes

Logistics: Hybrid (ideally 3-days in office)

Benefits: Bonus (10%) + Strong Benefits Package
