Sales Executive – Second Charge Mortgage Market
Salary: £27,415 basic per annum without Ce MAP | £35,154 basic per annum with Ce MAP 1, 2 or 3OTE: £50,000+ (uncapped commission)Working
Pattern: Monday - Friday (NO weekends) Office-based for the first 6 months, then hybrid working once probation is passed.

What You'll Be Doing Handling warm, pre-qualified inbound leads.
Speaking with customers to understand their needs and circumstances.
Providing tailored advice and identifying suitable solutions.
Building rapport and confidently guiding customers through the sales journey.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working within regulatory requirements and internal lending policies.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in a fast-paced telephone sales environment.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience within financial services is highly desirable but not essential.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
A motivated, resilient and target-driven approach.
A strong customer-first mindset.
Ce MAP qualification is desirable but not essential.
Candidates holding Ce MAP 1, 2 or 3 will be eligible for the higher £35,154 basic salary.
For candidates without Ce MAP, full training and course costs are provided to support you in gaining the qualification.
