CCP are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing brand based in Hampshire, who are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager to support their rapidly expanding business.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Southampton

Working Pattern: Fully on-site

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract

Start Date: ASAP

Core Hours: 9am to 5pm

Due to continued growth and a very busy period, our client is seeking a hands-on, customer-centric leader to join their friendly and supportive team. This role will suit someone who enjoys being operationally involved while leading and developing a customer service function.

Key Responsibilities:
