The Opportunity
We're recruiting for Telesales Executives to join a growing team in Lincoln City Centre. This is a fast-paced, high-volume B2C outbound telesales role, making around 90+ calls per day to warm leads. These aren't cold calls - you'll be speaking directly with customers who already have a relationship with the business. We're looking for both experienced Telesales Executives and candidates looking to start a career in sales. You'll receive full training, ongoing support and plenty of opportunity to develop and increase your earnings.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for confident, motivated and resilient people who enjoy speaking to customers and are comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment. You may already have experience as a Telesales Executive, ideally making 90+ calls per day, working with a short sales cycle and having a strong track record of hitting targets. Alternatively, if you're looking to break into sales, experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, travel or another customer-facing environment could give you the transferable skills we're looking for. You'll need strong communication skills, good organisation, confidence using IT systems and the resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-volume telephone environment.
