Job Title: Head of CX & Customer Service
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 (DOE)
Location: Hampshire
Logistics: Office-Based (Minimum 4-days-a-week)
Reports To: C-Level
This role requires a physical presence in the operation 4-5 days per week, and we\'re looking for a senior leader with a number of key skills:
1. People Leadership: Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring people, leading by example.
2. Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality.
3. Hands-On: A positive, can-do attitude, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in when needed.
4. Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships through effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
5. Sales Through Service: Constantly seeking opportunities for revenue generation via outstanding customer service delivery.
6. Commercial Acumen: Reporting into the board, this role will be highly visible within the business, and you\'ll have complete autonomy, plus any required support from the hierarchy.
